Local man suspects Craigendoran pier construction is lair of criminal mastermind

The seemingly perpetual construction taking place at the head of Craigendoran pier has prompted a local man to contact the Helensburgh Adviser to suggest that the works are not as innocent as first appears.

The ‘Adviser has learned that Helensburgh Community Council will submit a spaceport proposal that could see rocket launches taking place from a specially constructed pad either “towards the end of the town’s pier car park” or from an extensively refurbished Craigendoran Pier.
